FranklinCovey Woman's World Sweepstakes Official Rules

TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to win. Complete an Official online entry form ("Entry"). Applicants must provide first name, last name, and valid e-mail address to qualify as a valid entry. One (1) entry per person will be accepted. All entries must be received online by January 2, 2008. FranklinCovey ("FranklinCovey" or "Sponsor") is the sponsor of the Woman's World Sweepstakes. Four (4) individuals will win prize packages consisting of: Her Point of View tote, binder and planning pages. Winners will be selected from entries received during the sweepstakes in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners have 14 days to respond to their winner notification e-mail with their acceptance notification of the prize as well as their mailing address and phone number. If winners do not respond within 14 days, alternate winners will be chosen. Entering this drawing entitles you to receive FranklinCovey promotional information unless you otherwise note on the entry form. FranklinCovey is not responsible for lost, misdirected, incomplete, or incorrect entries or other information provided. By entering this drawing, each entrant accepts and agrees (1) to be bound by these official rules and the Sponsor's decisions; (2) that the Entry becomes the Sponsor's property and will not be returned; (3) that neither FranklinCovey nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, or representatives are responsible for claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from giveaway participation or the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss, or misdirection of any prize; (4) that the acceptance of a prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use the winner's name, state of residence, voice, likeness, photograph, prize information, and/or statements about the promotion for any publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law; (5) to provide proof of eligibility and identity upon request; (6) that there will be no cash redemption value for the prizes; and (7) winner is responsible for all taxes, applicable duties, fees, and surcharges or incidental charges in connection with the prize. Individuals cannot win more than one prize package during the Woman's World Sweepstakes. FranklinCovey assumes responsibility for shipping costs and will only ship within the United States. FranklinCovey assumes the right to cancel the contest for any reason at any time. Entrants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years of age to be eligible to win. Employees of FranklinCovey and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies and marketing developments, and their family members are not eligible to enter. This offer is void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
