A. Roger Merrill, co-founder of Covey Leadership Center (now FranklinCovey Co.), has more than 35 years of experience as a line manager, senior executive, business consultant, and teacher. Roger specializes in helping organizations develop leaders and coaching senior leaders.

Roger is co-author of the international best seller, First Things First (with Stephen R. Covey and Rebecca R. Merrill).
